Early Life[]
Ophelie Lersto was born on October 5th 1984. Her mother is former opera singer, Maria Lersto and her father is former professional dancer and comedian, Timothy Lersto.
Her older brother, Alaric Lersto, is a singer-songwriter.
Career[]
She has been signed to H.Records since 2004. Her debut album, Power of Beauty, was released in March 2005. She has released seven albums throughout her career. She is known for her often dramatic style of music and lyrics, often singing in a theatrical manner.
Personal Life[]
She has been married twice. Her first marriage was to songwriter, Daniel Keeta, in June 2006. They remained together for three years, him often appearing to assist her in music.
In January 2010 she started dating drummer, Damon Stipe. They married soon after in August 2010 but split after a year. In spite of this the fact they remained married she went on to date three other artists during their seperation. They rekindled their romance in 2014 and remained together for a further three years. They divorced in December 2017.
She has been in a relationship with guitarist, Gideon Dregas, since May 2019.
